In our ongoing commitment to provide the best quality service to our customers, Belize Diesel & Equipment Company Ltd. is planning to offer a Night Shift Service Program, thereby we will modify our current opening hours in an attempt to better serve you and keep your vehicle to its highest working potential.
The main store located at 7142 Slaughterhouse Road will now open from Monday to Friday 7:00am to 6:00pm. Clients who want to take advantage of our Night Shift Service Program can bring their vehicles from 5:00pm to 6:00pm and they will be able to pick up their vehicle the following morning as early as 7:00am. The purpose of this program is to cater to the working individual or companies who don’t have the time to bring their vehicle during normal working hours or weekends.
The main store will no longer open on Saturdays but customers can conveniently purchase any parts or Mercury products at our Aftermarket Store located at 150 Freetown Road. Belize Diesel Aftermarket opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Our industrial department dealing with tractors and outboards will continue to work on Saturdays 8:00 am – 12:00 pm.
Our Belmopan Branch will continue to open Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Vehicle sales department will also continue to work on Saturdays and they will be at our Belize Diesel Servicecenter Texaco 1 mile Northern Highway where we have our inventory of preowned vehicles and access to information on any new vehicles.
Remember that our website is open 24 hours 365 days a year at www.belizediesel.com where you can get pricing and any information on new vehicles, preowned and lots more information. Also our emergency services will still be available to our clients.
We are planning to implement this program starting February 2011 and your suggestions and comments are highly appreciated since we are making these changes to meet your needs and satisfaction.
